You've got the expertise. You've made the sales. But inside the delivery, something feels heavier than it should and you can't quite put your finger on where it's breaking down.

The Experience Audit is designed for exactly that....

Your programme already sells.

But something isn't quite right.

😵 Engagement drops in the second half and you find yourself compensating with extra calls or messages

😵  Some clients get brilliant results; others quietly disengage and you're not sure why

😵  You've become the emotional stabiliser and it's starting to feel unsustainable

😵 You want to raise your prices or scale the programme but something needs to be more solid first

😵 You had a beta or first cohort that fizzled and you want to fix it before you launch again

😵 Delivery works, but only because you're holding it together
A focused 1:1 session where we work through the findings together identifying where delivery is depending on you rather than structure and building a clear, prioritised action plan.

  • Strengths worth protecting and amplifying
  • The specific points where client confidence wobbles
  • Where founder-dependence is baked into the design
  • A prioritised action plan to address each area

90-Minute Live Diagnostic

Before our conversation, I conduct a thorough review of your programme from the outside in looking at every touchpoint your client experiences, not just your curriculum.

  • Sales page and programme promise
  • Onboarding flow and first-week experience
  • Curriculum structure and pacing
  • Progress Tracking, implementation support and safety nets
  • Hidden delivery risks and fragile points

Behind the scenes Review

A detailed fact-finding questionnaire that captures how your programme currently works in practice,  what you include, what you believe drives results and where you sense the pressure building.

  • Programme structure and delivery model
  • Where clients typically struggle or disengage
  • Your current pain points as the leader
  • What success looks and feels like for you

Pre-Audit Questionnaire

Two weeks.
One clear picture.

No guesswork.

The Audit goes behind the scenes of your programme, not just what you teach, but how clients actually experience it from the moment they say yes to the moment they complete.

Clarity you can act on immediately...

A prioritised action plan

The exact pressure points

A full journey-level analysis

A clear sense of what's next

A clear map of how your programme currently works from your client's perspective including the confidence points, momentum dips and structural gaps that aren't visible from inside the delivery.

Identification of the specific moments where delivery depends on you rather than structure and where The Messy Middle is hitting hardest for your clients.

A practical, sequenced set of recommendations you can begin implementing immediately. Not a long list of nice-to-haves, but the specific changes that will have the most impact.

Whether the right next step is implementing the plan independently or getting support  in The Refinery Studio you'll leave with a clear view of where your programme needs to go.

What happens after?

For many programme leaders, the Audit naturally leads into The Refinery Studio my 8-week delivery design programme where we implement the changes together, using the FLOWS framework and work toward the Get The YES® Quality Mark.

If that's the right fit, I'll extend an invitation at the end of our session. There's no obligation and no pressure.  The Audit stands entirely on its own.

Have questions about the audit? You can book in a quick 20 minute call with me below...

If The Refinery Studio feels like the right next step, I'll share details at the end of our session. There's no obligation and the Audit action plan is fully implementable on its own.

What if I decide I want to go deeper after the Audit?

03

The Audit works for any group delivery format:  live cohorts, hybrid programmes and masterminds. If clients experience it as a group, the same design principles apply.

Is this only for group programmes?

02

Access to your sales page, onboarding materials and curriculum overview is helpful  I'll ask for these as part of the pre-audit process. You don't need to prepare anything in advance beyond completing the questionnaire

What do I need to prepare?

01

Once you book, you'll receive the pre-audit questionnaire within 24 hours (Monday - Friday). The full process runs over two weeks from that point, with the 90-minute session scheduled at a time that suits you.

How quickly can we get started?

I'd sold my group programme before but it wasn't right I actually resented it because I felt like I was working harder than my clients. Now the experience is clear, sustainable and I have confidence in my programme to deliver without doing the work for them- Kerry Quinn- Social Media Strategist

I'd had a mixed beta experience,  lots of engagement at the start but by the accountability phase things really fizzled out. Ruth helped me reframe everything, from onboarding to how I maintain engagement. Why is no-one else teaching this?! I'm buzzing with ideas and genuinely looking forward to my next launch. Mangla Sachdev- Business Coach

I'd been working with 1:1 clients for 4 years and knew it was time for a group programme. I really wanted it to deliver results similar to my 1:1 work and wasn't sure how to do that. Ruth is a goldmine on all things group programmes. I've put into place strategic touchpoints that other programme creators don't have,  it's built in a sense of intimacy I always have with my 1:1 clients. I've run both programmes more than once now and they've been really successful: my clients are involved, loving the community and taking action- Leanne Sia- Business Coach

What my clients say...

After my audit with Ruth I now have lots of actionable ideas to revamp the whole thing make it clearer, more exciting for my clients and for me. My first cohort felt like really hard work with low engagement. Now I actually believe group programmes are the right way for me to go. Sarika Malvi - Career Coach

We did 3 months of work in 3 hours. My brain squiggle has been untangled and I'm so much clearer on the direction. Three months later: the community is thriving, I'm getting wonderful feedback and I'm really confident in the offer and that they're getting an incredible experience- Elwyn Davies - Web Designer

I’ve spent nearly 20 years designing and facilitating group learning from classrooms and staffrooms to premium online programmes.

Across education, training and online business, the pattern is consistent: group programmes don't fail because the expertise isn't there. They break because the experience works against how humans actually learn, change and stay engaged.

I design group programme experiences that help clients say YES to showing up, YES to sticking with it when it gets uncomfortable and YES to shouting about it afterwards — without you over-giving or lowering your standards.

My work blends behavioural insight, experience-led delivery design and practical implementation systems so your programmes run better, results become repeatable and you're no longer carrying the experience yourself.
