Why I created Hooked from Day 1
The content wasn't bad, but the feeling was one of total overwhelm, and the niggling question "what did I just drop 4 figures on?"
If you start off on the wrong foot, it's really hard to turn things around.
And in online business, onboarding has been reduced to a welcome email and a link to the portal. A purely logistical process, when in reality, it's an emotional one.
One that sets the stage for what happens next. Because when your clients feel seen, safe and supported right at the start they are more likely to stick with it through the hard parts.
But no-one has taught you how to design those earliest touchpoints to build belief and momentum...until now!
