3- Streamlined his program content to take his ready for success clients down the path of least information, focusing on action over consumption. 

4- Mapped out a strategic client journey from onboarding to offboarding, including adding in additional accountability, progress tracking systems and live support calls. 
He needed help to:

  • decide who his program was really for since it was trying to be everything to everyone

  • step back in time and see his expertise through the lens of a newbie.

  • simplify his content to make it easily digestible

Here’s what he said at the time:
