Teresa is a mental wellness champion for staff in education settings from Early Years through to Secondary. .

When Teresa left teaching, she jumped into every course, program and webinar she could, like so many of us do when we launch our online business.

Setting up a membership for Early Years teachers, because it felt safe and familiar but she struggled for over 18 months to grow the membership. Spending hours each week creating resources, hosting calls and on the painful process of growing an audience on social media!!

She wasn’t making the money she wanted. She was exhausted. She’d changed and wanted more, which is why she came to me…
