Group experiences as good as 1:1

This is Leanne's Story...

Leanne is a rockstar business coach, the Queen of Big Deal Energy, and taking the big, bold action to move your business to the next level. But, when it came to launching her group program, she had been sitting on it for a while!

She’d been on the receiving end of those investments where the expectations and the results just didn’t quite match up. And while she’d taught in other coach’s programs, she wasn’t sure how to deliver a group experience that delivered as well as her 1:1 program.

Which is why she came to me…

Here’s what we did

1- Mapped out her strategic client journey, aka her YES MAP,  from onboarding through to re-engagement and retention strategies.

2- Deployed a range of high impact touch points including an onboarding questionnaire and progress tracking system

She needed help to:

  • Create her first BETA group programs (yes, 2 programs!) ensuring they were designed to get her clients to fully engage and get the results they signed up for.

  • Build an experience that created 1:1 level intimacy in her group offer.

Here’s what she said

“I’ve been working with 1:1 clients for 4 years and knew it was time for a group program! But I really wanted it to deliver results that were similar to my 1:1 work, and I wasn’t sure how to do that.

I mean I’d been in a few programs myself, that just weren't very good, the expectations and the results weren’t met and I didn’t want to leave my clients with that feeling.

My goal was to deliver as good as 1:1 results, and although I’ve taught in other people’s group programs before I wasn’t sure about the best way to create the experience I wanted for my clients.

Every conversation I had with Ruth was so insightful, she’s a goldmine on all things group programs, even the simple things that might not be on your radar!

I’ve put into place strategic touchpoints (like an onboarding questionnaire and progress tracker) that other program creators don’t have! It’s built in a sense of intimacy that I always have with my 1:1 clients and I didn’t want to miss that from my group programs.

I’ve run both programs (more than once) now and they’ve been really successful, in that my clients are involved in them, loving the community and they’re taking the action. Ruth helped me to set it up so my clients can see what’s coming up and what’s expected of them. I can see where they are at and can help them move forward when they get stuck.
