From over-giving to sustainable delivery

This is Kerry's Story...

Kerry is a Social Media Strategist with a passion for supporting businesses with an education/ childcare focus.

Her clients loved her done for you content work, and she'd taken this approach into her group program, providing deep support, guidance and feedback. But she was undercharging, and started to feel a little resentful when she spotted an interesting pattern emerging...the longer the program went on, the worse the client's content became! Why? Because they knew she'd fix it for them. 

Which is why she came to me…

Here’s what we did

  • Feel confident in her skills and expertise, knowing she didn’t need to under-charge to get people through the door.

  • Focus on the components of the offer, ensuring it delivered results while also feeling balanced to deliver.

Here’s what she said

“I didn’t need more marketing training, I needed to focus on getting my offer right and feeling confident in it otherwise I was never going to get my business to where I wanted it to be. I wanted to lay the foundations for a business that was going to give me more time for my young family while still getting great results for my clients.

I knew I wanted a group program, but wasn’t clear on how to do that. I'd sold my group offer before but it wasn't right. I actually resented it a little bit because of the low price I’d sold it at and it felt like I was working harder for it than them! I needed someone to say okay, you've done the right thing to get started, but let's go back to the fundamentals.

The training really helped me refocus, I knew the theory but not actually how to do it, unpicking it and applying it to my business. By clarifying the mess in my head and breaking it down into the next steps for me I was able to take the action I needed to. 

Even when life got busy, you were there to pick me up and keep me on track. You just have this natural ability to understand and facilitate that next step. I don’t know that I could have figured it out on my own.

Now I have the confidence in my program to deliver without having to do the work for them”
